- Assist in day-to-day operations and specific tasks/duties assigned
- Assist in maintaining files, processing invoices and completion of any applicable forms
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Plan and schedule appointments and direct/dispatch technicians

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Computer skills such as typing and data entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and well organized

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
