On October 17, Team Essig Renovation & Design will come together at Pittsburgh’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s in honor and memory of the family members, friends and loved ones whose lives have been touched by Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
For us, this walk is personal.
We walk for those we’ve lost.
We walk for those living with Alzheimer’s today.
We walk for the families and caregivers standing beside them.
And we walk because we believe in a future without Alzheimer’s.

At Essig Renovation & Design, we believe in building strong homes, strong communities, and supporting those who need us most. This year, our team is proud to participate in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's in honor of the family members, friends, clients, and loved ones we have lost to this devastating disease—and for those who continue to face its challenges every day.

Alzheimer's doesn't just affect the person diagnosed. It changes the lives of spouses, children, grandchildren, friends, and caregivers who walk beside them through every memory lost and every difficult day. Many of us have experienced that heartbreak firsthand, which is why this cause is so important to our team.

We walk to remember those who are no longer with us. We walk to support those still living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. We walk to honor the caregivers whose strength and compassion often go unseen. Most importantly, we walk with hope—that through research, education, and support, future families won't have to experience the same pain.
