A fresh exterior recoat is a game changer for curb appeal.

For this project, we brought these townhomes back to life using Sherwin Williams Emerald exterior paint, giving the entire property a clean, unified look. Before a single brush or roll was used, the whole building was pressure washed to strip away dirt, buildup, and contaminants. Because great paint starts with a solid foundation and lasts longer when it’s done right.

From window and garage door lintels to soffit, fascia, front doors, bay windows, shutters, and entryways, every detail was addressed to create contrast, balance, and a crisp, finished appearance. Careful prep and sharp ex*****on delivered clean lines and even coverage on every elevation.

A fresh exterior recoat can completely transform curb appeal.

For this project, we used Sherwin-Williams exterior paint to refresh and unify the appearance of these townhomes. Before any paint was applied, the entire building was pressure washed to remove dirt, buildup and surface contaminants. An essential step for proper adhesion and long-term durability.

The scope included painting window and garage door lintels, soffit and fascia, front doors, bay windows, shutters, and entryways, bringing balance, contrast and a clean, finished look across the property. Thorough preparation and close attention to detail allowed for sharp lines and even coverage on every elevation.

Interior painting is more than just changing color. It’s about the details that make everything feel finished.

For this project, we started with drywall patching, filling small holes, and caulking baseboards to clean up seams and imperfections. Once the prep was complete, we primed where needed and applied two full coats of paint for smooth, even coverage.

Taking the time to prep properly is what separates a quick paint job from a professional finish. The result is a clean, consistent look that makes the space feel refreshed and move-in ready.

A fresh exterior paint job makes all the difference in curb appeal.

This project was a recoat, completed using Sherwin-Williams exterior paint to refresh and unify the look of these townhomes. Before painting began, we pressure washed the entire building to remove dirt, buildup, and surface contaminants, ensuring proper adhesion and a longer-lasting finish.

The scope of work included painting the window and garage door lintels, soffit and fascia, front doors, bay windows, shutters, and front entryways, creating consistency, contrast, and a clean, polished appearance throughout.

Before ➡️ After ✨

This deck was well worth the miles.

We traveled a long distance for this project, and honestly, it didn’t feel like work. Great clients, a beautiful setting, and a deck that deserved some real attention.

Time and weather had taken their toll, but with proper prep and the right stain, the wood was brought back to life. The result is clean, even coverage, refreshed color, and a finish that enhances the surroundings rather than competing with them.

Projects like this are a reminder of why we love what we do. When the client is great and the results speak for themselves, the miles don’t matter.

Spraying a barn like this isn’t about speed, it’s about control, coverage, and consistency.

This exterior barn received a full spray application for an even, uniform finish that brushing and rolling simply can’t match on a structure of this scale. With the right prep, proper masking, and the correct spray setup, the result is smooth coverage that gets into every seam, groove, and edge.

The rich brown tone brought new life back to the building while still respecting its character. Clean lines, solid coverage, and a durable finish built to hold up against the elements.

If you’re going to paint, paint it all.💎

When only part of a space is painted, the imperfections become nieotcblae... Especially once everything else is fresh.

For this project, we’re talking interior painting: ceilings, walls, trim, doors (the full system). The homeowner had just purchased the property and wisely wanted everything painted before moving in. That’s the ideal time for a painter - no furniture to move, cleaner work, and zero risk to personal items.

However, when ceilings are left out and only the walls and trim are painted, we often get a call back later… after the furniture is moved in. At first, it may not be noticeable, but once the walls are refreshed, the ceiling can suddenly look tired by comparison.

Ceilings are often the messiest part to paint. No matter how careful you are, rolling overhead means paint droplets. We always cover, mask, and protect, but it’s far easier and safer to do when the house is empty.

Our recommendation is simple:
Paint the ceilings, walls, trim, and doors together.

On this project, the client decided to paint only the walls and trim, but once everything was finished, it became clear that including the ceilings would have really completed the space.

Because the ceilings hadn’t been updated in a while, details like uneven cut lines, small marks, and different paint finishes became more noticeable after the fresh paint went on, causing them to stand out more than expected.

“Brushing these crevices might take a while… maybe days 👀”
“Hmmm, I just picked up a spray gun, let’s turn days into minutes! 💡”
“Tape the ceilings, tape the floors. Mask the windows and doors. Suit up, boys… I need a back-roller.”

When it comes to spraying, prep usually takes longer than the spraying itself.

This job took about 3 hours of prep and 30 minutes to spray and back-roll per coat.

Two coats total and about one hour of spraying, with proper dry time in between.

Fast doesn’t mean rushed.
Prep is what makes the finish last.

It wasn’t just the name that got us… it was the color.

Out of all the options during the color matching process, "Crabby Apple" was the one that stuck. 🍎
Bold, pungent, and impossible to ignore... a unanimous choice.

This exterior went from old, peeling paint to a fresh new look with a serious pop of color. The wood window boxes and garage doors were in rough shape; peeling paint, exposed bare wood, and years of wear. So, as painters do, we sanded, patched, caulked, primed, and applied two full coats for a proper finish.

The shutters had latex paint that bubbled and peeled from years of high heat and little maintenance. We were brought in to repair, restore, and bring this building back to life.

Before painting, everything was pressure washed, scraped, sanded, and caulked to ensure a long-lasting result. The community was incredibly grateful to see the refresh... projects like this are always rewarding.
