Customer is building house on soft soil (per geotechnical testing). Underpinnings we’re hydraulically driven into the ground down to bedrock. Underpinnings we’re capped and footer was poured over them.

Geotechnical survey determine soil was too soft. Area was landfill.

Vertical capped piers were installed on 8’ centers to support the footer. Piers were hydraulically driven to various depths (10’-18’) to solid bedrock.
