Client sent final photos of her space, now that it is freshly painted and the pictures are hung up!

We painted the ceilings and walls. Walls were painted with SW Misty Symmetry paint.

All the trim was painted with oil based paint. It was our first time to do a large project in oil!

Foyer got lots of spackle and a fresh paint job on the ceiling and walls. So glad Walter was able to set up this beautiful scaffolding once again!

The lake house project (with Essig Renovation & Design) is complete!

We don’t do many small commercial projects but I have been working with the Wexford Presbyterian Church since July last year to revamp their space. I did a free color consultation and came up with mauve colors then they utilized Sherwin Williams color consult and decided on the white.

The past two weeks at the Wexford Presbyterian Church:

We covered all the brown spots on the ceiling with oil based SW Extreme Block.

Painted the entire space to cover the old green paint with primer and 3 coats of paint, color - SW Greek Villa.

Repaired all the cracks with joint compound

Stained the trim and quarter round around the alter to match existing. Then clear coated it.

The doors in the space got sanded and clear coated.

Cleaned all the pews and cleaned the floors under them.

I am looking forward to more projects in this building.

This was the first time I had to fix a clear float on cherry cabinets. The area around the handles was down to raw wood. We had the stain color matched by Accessa Marketplace and Solutions, they did a great job as always. Then we sanded the doors and stripped the wood raw all the way around the rails. We stained them and then clear coated them with a catalyzed water based Renner product. They turned out perfect! 😍

It is good to push yourself to try new things. Never stop developing your skill sets.

The whole second floor of this Fox Chapel home got a trim package upgrade and new floors. We painted all 4 bedrooms and the hallway with staircase. It turned out beautiful! Another happy client.

I met this client at the Pittsburgh Home and Garden Show, they told me about the bad paint job the last painter did on their island. The paint was sticky and peeling off! They asked me to come redo his work. It turned out great and they are very happy! 😃

The key to using the Meoded metallic paint by Sherwin-Williams for Design Pros is to build on layers. The more layers the more metallic it got. I used a 1/4” nap after testing spraying it with HVLP and brushing. Client is very excited and we nailed her vision of green leaves 🍃 .
