You never know the whole story until things start coming apart. 🔨

Opening up this area revealed hidden wood rot. When surprises like this show up, we walk the homeowner through what we found and the repairs needed before moving forward.

Some of the most important work happens before the new finishes go on.

A little flooring progress from one of our recent projects.

This is NuCORE Riverstone Oak from Floor & Decor and I have to say it turned out really nice in this space. The darker tones work great with all the natural light coming through the room.

There’s something about getting the flooring down that really starts to make a project feel finished.

And just like that—the grout brings it all together! 👀

The grout lines give the subway tile a clean, polished look while making that basket-weave centerpiece stand out above the cooktop.

It’s details like this that turn a backsplash into a true focal point. Another step closer to updating this kitchen!

Backsplash progress! 🔨

The clean subway tile keeps this kitchen bright and timeless, while the basket-weave centerpiece adds the perfect amount of detail above the cooktop.

Everything is set, spaced, and ready for grout. We can’t wait to see the finished look!
