What is the future of our profession?
Join us Friday May 15th at Build Pittsburgh The AIA Pittsburgh EDI Community and the Young Architects Forum (YAF) are teaming up for our latest “Are Allies” series.
We’re diving deep into a timely discussion on the state of architecture as a profession and the long-term repercussions of the path we’re on today.
This isn’t just a presentation-it’s a conversation. Whether you’re a student, an emerging professional, or a seasoned architect, your voice matters in shaping what comes next.

We want to hear from you:
What questions are keeping you up at night? What shifts do you want to see in the industry? Drop your questions in the comments below, and we may include them in our discussion!

Stop by, join the circle, and let’s build a more equitable future together.
