Triangle Fastener Corporation is excited to announce the following updates within our leadership team!

Effective September 1st, Ian Shaffer will be promoted to the role of Director of Supply Chain Management & Digital Solutions.

Ian's expanded role will focus on developing and refining the company's data strategy to ensure information is accessible, actionable, and capable of driving higher levels of operational efficiency throughout the organization. Since joining TFC in 2018, Ian has served in a variety of roles and consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, leadership, and strategic thinking.

We are confident that Ian's expertise, vision, and leadership will help drive TFC's continued growth and technological advancement.

Effective September 1st, Blaise Martin will be promoted to District Manager over our Southern District.

In this role, Blaise will oversee TFC branch operations in Mobile, Montgomery, and Birmingham, Alabama as well as Jackson, Mississippi and Nashville, Tennessee. Blaise has successfully occupied Ops, Sales, and Management roles within our Nashville branch for over 15 years.

Given Nashville’s recent performance, we look forward to Blaise applying that same commitment to excellence to our Southern District.

As a result, 30-year TFC employee Ricky Scurlock has been promoted to Branch Operations Manager for Nashville, Tennessee.

Since joining our Nashville Inside Sales team in 1996, Ricky has been a consistently valuable and reliable asset to our customers.

We are confident that Ricky will effectively lead Nashville’s people and track record of success.

Triangle Fastener Corporation is also pleased to welcome Justin Davison to Triangle as our IT Infrastructure Manager.

Sitting in our Pittsburgh Corporate Office, Justin will oversee daily IT team operations and partner with company leadership to devise and execute technology strategies. Before joining Triangle Fastener Corporation, Justin served in IT Leadership roles in Natural Gas and Consulting industries.

We are eager to see the solutions that will make technology even more of an asset to TFC in the future.

Please join us in welcoming Michael Herr to Triangle Fastener Corporation, as our new Marketing Manager!

As a Marketing Manager, Michael will focus on growing revenue within our existing trades, supporting our National Account customers, and helping us develop and expand our offering in the Mechanical market.

Originally from Indiana, Michael has called the Chicago area home for the past 11 years. Before joining TFC, Michael was a teacher and earned his M.A. in History from the University of Chicago. He still loves reading and learning about history whenever he can.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid traveler and recently checked all 50 states off his list with a trip to Alaska! He’s also working his way through the country’s National Parks. Michael is also a fan of Premier League Football and Formula 1 Racing.

We’re excited to have Michael on board!

Triangle Fastener Corporation is proud to celebrate an incredible milestone as Mike Cornwell marks 45 years as part of our incredible team!

Over the past four and a half decades, Mike's hard work, dedication, and commitment have made a lasting impact on our company and the people around him. When he's not at work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Deb and their grandchildren, fishing whenever he gets the chance, camping, and working on a pair of classic Mustangs he hopes to cruise through his hometown.
