Detail oriented
Organized
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs

Job duties include:
Organize files
Schedule appointments
Create profit & loss statements by job
Manage invoices
Track inventory
Track employee hours
Print checks using QuickBooks
Etc. small business office duties

Willing to train the right candidate, must be at least 18.

Must be able to brush, roll, cut in and use spray rigs. Some experience preferred but will train if needed. Pay will be based on experience and must have own transportation to office in Pittsburg or job locations if necessary. Work sites are in Tulsa, Springfield, SWMO and SEK areas.
