Another happy customer! 🎉

We don’t take on much residential work these days—mostly because of the complexity (and the terrifying crawlspaces like this one 🕷️😅)—but this project was worth it!

Our client works from home and needed several network drops installed throughout the house. Two of the new drops are pictured here. We also upgraded their modem and router, since they were still using the equipment provided by their internet service provider.

We always recommend purchasing your own modem and router—it’s safer, more reliable, and gives you far more customization options. 🔧💻

🔧✨ Today’s Project Highlights! ✨🔧
Just wrapped up a seriously satisfying networking build-out! I installed 22 brand-new network drops, each fully terminated and ready to go.

On one end, every cable is cleanly finished with keystone jacks for easy plug-and-play Ethernet access. On the other, everything feeds into a neatly organized patch panel—structured, labeled, and future-proof.

This setup is part of a full infrastructure upgrade for a new marketing & design company moving into a freshly renovated building. Their team is about to have fast, reliable connectivity from day one—and I’m pumped to help lay the foundation! 🚀💻📡

Nothing like seeing a network come to life! 😄👏

Todays project-

Clean up this mess…. We had to trace all these lines through multiple walls into a 12u intermediate distribution frame located inside a credenza🤦🤦🤦🤦 just to remove a this Crestron C2N-IO Control Port Expansion Module to reuse and tape off all the existing line to use with a new automation system.

Tomorrow’s install along with seven access points(only one pictured, “white circle”). This is for a residential install. The home is just over 10,000 ft.² Even the most advanced routers wouldn’t touch a home of this size and mesh is junk. Networking the house with access points will guarantee a seamless Wi-Fi network anywhere in the home. Also pictured is the Unifi Cloud Gateway Fiber (white box). This is their flagship compact gateway. She’s a full controller and router capable of 10 GbE and runs the full UniFi OS.
