Thank you Bobby Jones for your response to our “bad” review. Ornamental trees do not have a life span like we see in native species. They simply don’t. If you want to maintain ornamental trees, and extend their life span, trimming limbs, as seen in the photo, are some the things that are needed. That tree will continue pushing new growth and be much more beautiful in years to come. Unfortunately, folks have instant access and ability to spread their opinion regarding a company or service across the globe. You don’t needed any certifications, education on the matter, or experience in the field. You can just hop on a page and do irreparable damage to a small business. I’m sure you were emotional regarding the look of the tree; that’s to be expected. But your post comes across as that of a petulant child rather than an honest customer providing an objective review of a company. For 20 years I’ve been a professional in the tree business. 20 years. Take it from me...if you want a professional company, Wibles’s is a tremendous option.

We recently had a bad review from a homeowners daughter concerning a pruning. We had spoken with the homeowners and assured them that even though the prune was severe, the tree would not only thrive but look much better in shape. We have offered to replace it if the aesthetic is still not pleasing. However, disparaging remarks were made about Wible’s and even a threat. “I will kill them” made by someone else, not the homeowners or the daughter. Anyone can dislike how we prune but a threat to harm myself or employees of Wible’s is way over the top. I am a trained arborist and always put the health of the tree first as well as the aesthetic. Unfortunately sometimes the aesthetic has to take second place but the tree pruned always grows back from the prune better than before.
You can give a bad review but please do not threaten to kill myself, family or employees.
