We have quite a few new faces here, so I thought it was a good time to reintroduce myself.
I’m Chad Gordon, owner and general contractor behind Gordon Construction.
I started GC here on the Central Coast 10 years ago with a straightforward approach: do great work, and create homes that are thoughtfully designed for the people who live in them.
Our work includes custom homes, additions, ADUs, historic renovations, and unique residential and commercial projects throughout San Luis Obispo County. Every project is different, but my approach has stayed consistent. Pay attention to the details, respect the character of the property, work with great people, and make decisions that will hold up well beyond the day we hand over the keys.
I share a lot of what happens between the before and after. Projects in progress, decisions we’re making on site, craftsmanship worth noticing, the people we work alongside, and a little insight into what goes into building and renovating homes on the Central Coast.
If you’re new here, welcome. I’m glad you found us.
