What should I name this project other than Falling Water 2.0? (you know who you are)
Some homes are designed to sit on the land. This one was designed to feel as if it were carved from it.
This is a Koviak Built concept home I personally designed under the stewardship and long-time mentorship of my architect, Ignacio Salas-Humara, inspired by Hamilton Pool near Austin, Texas, and the principles of Frank Lloyd Wright’s compression-and-release architecture: low, sheltered spaces that open to dramatic views, light, water, and volume.
The concept integrates stone, glass, terraces, a pool, and a waterfall into a single immersive living experience. It is part residence, part retreat, and part natural landmark.
Now we just need someone adventurous enough to commission us to build it.

Designed to be lived in. Built to be remembered.
