The discussions nobody sees are often the ones that shape a home the most.

Considering the details from every angle, reviewing renderings, confirming materials, refining closet plans and thinking through a custom wellness space with an integrated sauna.

Design and construction, working together in real time to make sure what was envisioned on paper translates beautifully into the finished home.

Because thoughtful homes are built through thoughtful conversations, behind the scenes.

Design gets interesting when you’re willing to look beyond the expected.

Layering color, pattern, texture and material, the HDB Design Team is always exploring how individual selections can come together to create something with character.

Not every home should look the same. Not every room should play it safe.

The goal is a home that feels considered, collected and entirely its own.

Distinctive by design. Intentional in every detail.

A home begins long before the first wall goes up.

It begins with listening. Understanding how our clients want to live, what matters to them, and what they want this next season of life to look like.

At Huntley Design Build, we believe the experience of building a home should feel as considered as the home itself. From the first conversation to the final detail, we bring together thoughtful design, trusted guidance, and craftsmanship with purpose.

Because what we’re building is more than a home.
It’s what comes next.

At this stage of construction, much of what will define the finished home is still beneath the surface.

The proportions. The transitions. The way one space leads into another. The details considered now that will feel effortless once the home is complete.

At 230 Crescent Court, every decision is part of a larger vision: to create a home that feels considered, enduring and distinctly connected to its setting within Forest Creek.

Beyond the craftsmanship taking shape inside, the North Course becomes part of the home itself, a view that will remain long after construction is complete.

At Huntley Design Build, our Custom Market Homes begin with the same thoughtful approach we bring to every home we build. Architecture, materials, finishes and details are considered from the start, creating a home that feels intentional long before its future owner walks through the door.

The vision is already in motion. The opportunity is to make it yours.

The plans. The materials. The details considered and reconsidered. The craftsmanship behind every finish.

Until one day, it no longer feels like a project.
It feels like home.

Finished, furnished and ready for the life it was designed around.

Built with intention. Made to be lived in.

The standard of a home is shaped long before the final details are in place. It is upheld every day, on site, by the people entrusted with bringing it to life.

Huntley Design Build is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team.

This role calls for someone who leads with intention, holds an uncompromising standard for craftsmanship, and understands that exceptional work is found in the details. From schedule and subcontractor coordination to quality control and safety, our Superintendent is a steady presence throughout every stage of the build.

We intentionally take on a limited number of homes each year, allowing each project the attention and oversight it deserves.

A few open tabs. A coffee order. And a lot of decisions being made behind the scenes.

Meet the HDB Design Team.

From the earliest concepts to the final finish selections, these three bring their individual perspectives to the table, pulling materials, comparing ideas and refining every detail together.

The details are where a home becomes distinctly yours.
