🛠️ Position: Mitigation Crew Leader
📍 Location: Houston, TX
💼 Full-Time Position
💰 Competitive Pay — Based on Experience
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in water, fire, and/or mold mitigation
• Strong knowledge of mitigation procedures and equipment
• Ability to lead and manage a crew in the field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, hardworking, and professional
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency losses
Responsibilities include:
• Lead mitigation crews on residential and commercial projects
• Assess job sites and develop appropriate mitigation plans
• Oversee water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup
• Operate and maintain mitigation equipment
• Document job progress and communicate with customers and insurance representatives
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
