This project was completed a few weeks ago for a local builder. Around 3300 sq/ft of tear off combined with approximately 1000 sq/ft of addition roof. Weathered Wood Landmarks was the color of choice.

We took advantage of the nice weather and wrapped up a new construction roof this week for a local builder. 4730 Sq/Ft of Certainteed Driftwood shingles were installed. 10/12 was the primary pitch.

Happy New Year!🎉🎉 We want to thank all our customers for trusting us with their exterior projects last year.
Here's the last roof we completed in 2025.
4850 sq/ft of Central States Horizon-Loc hidden fastener 26 gauge steel. The paint finish is textured Onyx. We also installed the three cupolas.

Here's a sweet face lift we did on an old farmhouse about a month ago. We tore off the cedar shake siding, wrapped the whole house in tyvek, brought the window exterior trim out 3/4", and then wrapped all the window claddings. 1 inch foam was applied to the exterior surfaces and down to grade to help insulate the home better. Aluminum soffit/fascia was applied as well. 7 porch windows were replaced, and the porch was wrapped at the same time. Siding type was double 4 inch CertainTeed monogram in arbor blend. Seamless 5 inch gutters were installed by Beechy's Seamless Gutters.

We re-roofed this cottage last week and cleaned up the roof line alot. 5 pod vents eliminated, replaced with a continuous ridge vent. Chimney was removed, gas vents were removed(replaced with electric). 1300 sq/ft of Certainteed northgates were put back on.

This was a fun project we wrapped up last week! 4300 sq/ft of Certainteed Landmark PROs in espresso. We added some ridge vent in a few areas and re-flashed the sidewalls as the siding was going to be remove anyways.
