Homeowners needed the old fiberglass shower out and a solution to make the whole shower/bathroom area open, curbless and ADA accessible. The cedar walls were already there. So we just pulled the shower and plumbing, removed the linoleum flooring, removed a layer of subfloor and cut back some of the cedar T and G. We resloped the bathrooom with a mortar bed, installed new plumbing valves and diverters, waterproofed everything with SCHLUTER Kerdi. Installed the new tile mosaic flooring and porcelain walls. Cut ,polished and installed granite shelves and trim. Installed ADA grab bars. The result was a great solution; a completely waterproof area with easy access and no need for a door or shower curtain.

Homeowners wanted a compact staircase that would still function well and look good in the space. We came up with this after we removed a small closet that gave us a bit more space to make the stairs safe and comfortable to descend. We also made a pretty badass steel pipe handrail that I forgot to take a photo of. whoops. Stairs is made from rough sawn 3X12s (whitewashed) and stock butcher block in birch.

The Onyx Collection solid surface shower and matching custom vanity top in Gray Pearl. The bathtub is from American Standard, It's the evolution model and is probably 20 inches deep. It's pretty awesome. Valves and trim are from Delta.

Schluter-Systems North America kerdi waterproofing used as usual. Moen trim valve and head. Quartz curb and vanity top custom cut from Twin cities discount granite. Shower is symmetrical and pretty awesome. All it needs is a frameless glass shower enclosure and it's done.
