RHE Electric Inc. is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Lead Electrician to join our team!
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of hands-on electrical experience who is confident working independently, troubleshooting problems, and taking responsibility for jobs from start to finish.
Experience should include:
🔹 Diagnose & Repair / Troubleshooting
🔹 Electrical Service Upgrades
🔹 New Construction Wiring
🔹 Renovations & Remodels
🔹 Residential & Commercial Electrical Work
We’re looking for someone who can:
✔️ Diagnose electrical issues and determine the proper repair
✔️ Read and understand plans and job specifications
✔️ Work independently and efficiently
✔️ Lead a job and communicate clearly with customers and the office
✔️ Take detailed, accurate job notes documenting work performed, materials used, and any additional work needed
✔️ Comfortably use technology, mobile apps, photos, and digital job-management software in the field
✔️ Maintain a clean, professional jobsite
✔️ Take pride in doing quality work and representing the company professionally
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an electrician who already has a strong knowledge of the trade and is comfortable taking the lead in the field.
