ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The applicant will need to be a self-motivated individual who strives to perform as a professional, in an office work environment. Applicant must be a people person who enjoys interacting with the general public and customers. This is a full-time position with, Paid Holidays, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance 75% Employer paid. Vacation after 1 year employment.

The office assistant will be responsible for assisting with both clerical as well as Quick Books billing. Clerical job duties will include taking customer’s phone calls, work order entry, processing purchase orders, as well as general office duties. Applicant will be expected to have basic keyboarding knowledge, efficient in the English language with an emphasis on proper grammar and spelling, basic math skills such as arithmetic /understanding of fractions, use of Microsoft products such as word and excel, use of search engines, and use of outlook email systems. Priority will be given to applicants who have experience with QuickBooks Pro and/or Marketing.
Pay based on experience relative to Job.

Everyone loves a good before and after! This customer upgraded their shower enclosure to modern finishes with the matte black framing and obscured glass. Our technicians did a great job installing this one! Thank you to our customers and we appreciate you trusting us with your business!

Check out how these doors really made this project pop! The customer went with matte black flush panel doors in a steel back insulated option. Not only do they look great on the outside, but they also provide a great insulation value for the inside! We are thankful to all our customers who continue to put their faith in us. We couldn't do this every day without you guys!
