Big transformation. Same great location.

We took this outdated building and gave it a fresh new look! New siding, crisp white trim around the windows and doors, and a clean trim detail across the front to break up those tall walls and really tie everything together.

R&R stands for Randy and Ryan Willis — a father and son team built on hard work, family, and pride in doing the job right.

Randy Willis started R&R Construction in 2008, and has been in the construction field for many years beyond that. His son, Ryan Willis, has been working full time alongside him for the past year, but has been following in his father’s footsteps since he was young. Construction has always been more than just work — it’s been a way of life.

The new logo also carries special meaning. The man in the logo represents Grandpa Ervin, a symbol that he is always watching over the family and this business. R&R Construction is built on more than quality work — it is built on family, legacy, and doing things the right way.
