We were contacted by the customer on Thursday afternoon stating that the tree had broken before our arrival to inspect the job. When we arrived, the tree was in very poor condition and was actively swaying in the wind.

Because we could not safely complete the job at that time, we reduced a significant amount of weight from the broken side and installed a ratchet strap to help stabilize and bring the tree back together. This was done to minimize the risk of failure and to allow us to return at a later date to safely finish the job.
