We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant

Park Heights Roofing is looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant who can keep up with a fast‑paced office and support both customers and our sales team. If you’re a self‑starter who likes staying busy and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be a great fit.
Position: Full-time, in-office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Pikesville, Maryland
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage appointments for customers and sales reps
• Track leads and follow up to support sales opportunities
• Maintain calendars and keep daily schedules organized
• Provide strong customer service and handle incoming inquiries
• Assist with contracts, orders, and general office operations
• Manage customer transactions
• Support lead generation and follow-up efforts
• Take on additional office tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Construction experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• No degree required, we value experience and drive
• Detail‑oriented, strong problem‑solver, and able to resolve issues independently
• AccuLynx experience is a plus
• QuickBooks experience preferred but not required

• $25/hour base pay
• 10% commission on self‑generated leads
