This closed cell is fire resistant, seals out moisture, and also keeps the workshop cool on those hot Alabama days. 2.5 inches of 2lb closed cell insulation sealed up this awesome 40x50 pole barn for the Daniel family.

Closed cell spray foam functions as a v***r, sound and fire barrier while adding an R-Value of about 7 per inch bringing this pole barn to a total R-Value of about 17!

The surface temperatures when read with a infrared thermometer showed on bare metal 109F° when direct sunlight was present and 78F° inside on the foam!

SPRAY FOAM INSTALLER

Applicant must have experience spraying Open & Closed Cell foam. Work history will be verified with past employer.

- Prep job site, accurately apply foam per job worksheet and clean up
- Setup and maintain equipment
- Repair/Rebuild spray guns
- Record and maintain daily work logs

Applicant must be able work on scaffolding and ladders.

Able to work safely and professionally in construction site environment in tight areas and inclement weather.

Possess a valid drivers license with clean driving record. Dependable transportation to worksite/shop. Have cell phone with access to email.

Pay rate $18-$28 per hour or by board foot
- O/T over 40 hours
- Paid per job
- Performance based bonuses

Must be available for out of town, night or weekend work when needed. Per diem for out of town projects.
