Ever seen a clean energy system with a generator for backup? This was a fun project! Solar panels on the roof with a Generac inverter. We also installed an 18KW battery backup.

Solar and Inverter will supply electricity to the house during the day AND charge the batteries with anything extra. At night the batteries kick in and run the house until the batteries are depleated. The utility company takes back over until the the solar can product again if the batteries run out over night.

The generator will take over the whole house during a utility outage.

We are here to help during the cold season and there to help you "feel at home"

Preventative maintenance on a breaker panel is definitely worth looking into. Found a loose connection on this main breaker that was overheating the terminal and transfering the heat into the breaker, causing it to trip before reaching the correct tripping point. (Original problem: turn the furnace on and the main breaker will trip after a couple of minutes)
