Preventative maintenance!

Here is a maintenance call we had to clean an air conditioner and fix a drain. This condenser was nearly 80% plugged with dirt and debris causing higher pressures and much more strain on the internal parts! We also fixed the drain that did not have proper grade and was leaking.
