At this year’s ESOP celebration, TORCHBEARERS, we reflected on our company's foundation, honored years of Employee Ownership, and looked ahead to the future we’re building together. It was a night dedicated to our people who keep the fire of ownership burning. ❤️‍🔥

🎒💛 FILL-A-TRUCK '26 SEASON SUCCESS! 💛✏️

Because of the generosity of our clients, trade partners, vendors, Employee Owners, and community partners, we were able to fill backpacks and deliver much-needed school supplies to students at Ellsworth Elementary, Peoria Elementary, Frank Elementary, and John F. Long Elementary.

Every notebook, pencil, backpack, and box of crayons represents a community coming together to help local students begin the school year feeling confident, prepared, and ready to learn.

Our donors this year include Earth Mover Tire, Dewco Bonds, Sun Valley Markings, Nina Construction Supply, City of Peoria, Primavera Grading & Paving, the American Heart Association, and our Employee Owners.

To everyone who donated, shared our mission, or helped make this year's drive a success, thank you!

Before the Arizona heat really turned up, we squeezed in a Saturday Fun Day on the softball field! 🥎☀️

Our Employee Owners brought the energy, raced to home plate, and proved that partnership doesn't stop when the workday ends.

Thanks to everyone who came out ready to swing for the fences, break a sweat, and make some great memories. We'd call that a home run!
