When we said we wanted a "warm welcome," this isn’t exactly what we meant… 🪵🔥

That frantic chirping isn’t a bird trying to build a nest in your AC... that’s our electronic leak detector (aka "The Sniffer") throwing a total temper tantrum. 🚨

Here’s the breakdown:

The Tool: We use this highly sensitive detector to track down invisible refrigerant (Freon) leaks.

The Sound: The faster it beeps, the closer we are to the leak. As you can hear, it’s practically screaming at us right by that filter drier.

The Visual: Aside from the leak, looks like someone got a little too enthusiastic with a brazing torch in the past. Your AC lines should look like mechanical infrastructure, not a campfire marshmallow.

If your AC is blowing lukewarm air or your outdoor unit sounds like an angry cricket video game, it might be time for a checkup. Don’t let your cooling system turn into a BBQ!

"Hey, I know a guy who can do it cheaper." 🛠️💀

One of our techs sent this in today. What you're looking at is a P-trap attached directly to a T&P relief valve. For the non-plumbers out there: this is the plumbing equivalent of plugging an extension cord back into itself to get infinite power.

We have so many questions. Why did they do this? Did they think the 'P' in P-trap stood for 'Pressure'? 🤔
