A recognition made personal. 👏

Our Employee Recognition recipients were surprised by their supervisors, who read aloud the nominations submitted by their coworkers and shared exactly why they were chosen for recognition.

Each recipient also received a gift card and K2 stickers as a small thank you for the impact they make on their teams every day.

Boards, Bunco & a little friendly competition! 🎲

Three times a year, the women of K2 come together to connect, have some fun, and strengthen relationships outside of the day-to-day. This time, we enjoyed good food, played Bunco, and competed for some fun prizes!

These gatherings create space for genuine relationships and help build a strong community of women across K2.

20 years of impact, leadership, and a whole lot of memories.

Last week, our team gathered for a luncheon to celebrate Nick’s 20th anniversary with K2 Electric.

Nick’s K2 journey started in the field as a part-time employee. Over the past two decades, he has grown through roles in Purchasing and Estimating, ultimately becoming the Senior Estimator he is today.

During the celebration, six members of our team shared stories about Nick, highlighting his journey, the relationships he’s built, and the lasting impact he has made on K2 and the people around him.

Nick, thank you for your unwavering dedication, humble leadership, and genuine heart for people. Your hard work, kindness, and commitment have helped shape K2 Electric.

Your legacy is reflected not only in the projects you’ve helped build, but in the people you’ve influenced along the way.

46 K2 team members came together for K2 ONE DAY, a time to serve united and make an impact beyond the jobsite.

Together at Feed My Starving Children, our team packed 58,320 meals, enough to provide a daily meal for 160 children for an entire year.
