Last week, we wrapped up our 2026 All Hands Roadshow during Construction Appreciation Week, a fitting time to connect with and recognize the people behind our work. ⚡

Our leadership team traveled to K2 jobsites to meet directly with our field teams, share company updates, recognize great work, and hear from the people driving our projects forward every day.

Construction Appreciation Week may be over, but our appreciation for the people who build, lead, and deliver at K2 continues year-round.

The K2 team at Durango continues to make strong progress while safely executing critical electrical upgrades.

To date, the team has completed:
-14 panel swaps
-21 ATS swaps
-Phase 1 power transfers
-Installation of 30+ sets of electrical gear

Our crew has successfully provided temporary power and supported shutdowns across critical infrastructure and facilities, including Estrella Jail, Towers Jail, Juvenile Probation and Detention, MCSO Forensics, and more.

The team continues to execute this work safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining reliable power throughout these critical operations.
