A throwback to 1997 in the Dolomites, a five day trip with my friend Tom. We started and ended in Madonna Di Campiglio and spent the nights in mountain refuges. A beautiful area in Northern Italy that’s well worth a visit. Fun times

A quick trip across the pond to meet up with old friends and colleagues to mark 30 years since we started at CERN. We hiked in Chamonix, took a paddle steamer on the lake, ate some good food, and relived some funny memories. It’s so good to see that we are all still in touch and in good health. The surrounding area has changed beyond recognition since a large influx of workers in the local area. Chamonix is still beautiful and I loved spending time there as well. Time flies when you are having fun.
