Cognite's new global headquarters in Tempe has been named one of AZ BIG Media's AZRE Magazine - Coolest Offices of 2026.

Delivering a space of this caliber and complexity takes an exceptional level of skill, coordination, and ex*****on from every Stevens-Leinweber Construction, Inc. team member.

That includes a phased delivery, with one portion of the office handed off to the first wave of Cognite employees arriving from Norway - even as active construction continued in other parts of the space.

A huge thank you to Phoenix Design One for an interior design that sets this project apart, and for being a trusted partner through every phase of delivery.

The annual Stevens-Leinweber Construction, Inc. - St. Mary's Food Bank food drive is back, and once again we're inviting our clients, partners, and community to help us fill as many plates as possible.

Last year our donations provided 131,337 meals to local families. Donate between now and November 14 and let's aim even higher!
