We demoed the old shower, tub, and vanity, reframed the space, and rebuilt it for a fresh, clean look. Also repaired and fixed the LVP flooring to bring everything back together.

When a roof leak leaves you with a surprise in the ceiling…

This homeowner had a roof leak that required opening up the drywall to dry everything out and inspect the damage. Once that was handled, I came in to repair the ceiling and get the room back to normal.

Set up a full containment barrier to keep dust out of the room while working, then patched everything back up so it looks like the hole was never there.

Always a good feeling seeing a repair like this come full circle.
