SRA Project Spotlight: We are excited to share that we are currently in the Concept Design Phase for the transformational redevelopment of the former Forever Living Headquarters site at McCormick Ranch Lake. Envisioned as a premier mixed-use destination, the project draws inspiration from modern Santa Barbara-style architecture — blending timeless coastal elegance with contemporary design to create one of the Valley’s next iconic waterfront experiences.
Set along the scenic shoreline of McCormick Ranch Lake, the development is being thoughtfully designed to introduce a vibrant, walkable environment that seamlessly integrates luxury, wellness, business, and community engagement. The project will feature a curated collection of upscale waterfront restaurants, boutique retail experiences, med-spa and wellness suites, and modern Class A office spaces tailored for today’s evolving professional landscape.
A key focus of the vision is enhancing the connection between the community and the lake itself. Expanded public shoreline access, pedestrian-friendly pathways, outdoor gathering spaces, and activated waterfront amenities will invite residents and visitors alike to experience the lakefront in an entirely new way. SRA Project Spotlight: Tabcon Industrial Office - Queen Creek, AZ
Construction is actively progressing on the new Tabcon Industrial Office, a 32,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up facility located in Queen Creek, Arizona. This milestone project reflects SRA’s continued commitment to delivering high-performance industrial spaces that combine durability, functionality, and modern design.
📍 Project Overview
The Tabcon Industrial Office is being developed as a state-of-the-art facility designed to support expanding operational needs while maintaining flexibility for future growth. The 32,000 SF building utilizes concrete tilt-up construction, a proven method known for its structural integrity, speed of construction, and cost efficiency.
🚧 Construction Progress Update
Significant strides have been made on-site, with major structural components taking shape:
Site Preparation & Foundations:
Earthwork and pad preparation have been completed, and the building foundation is in place, setting the stage for vertical construction.
Tilt-Up Panel Installation:
Concrete wall panels have been poured on-site and lifted into position. The tilt-up process is a defining milestone, transforming the project from foundation to recognizable structure within days.
Structural Framework:
Steel framing and roof structural elements are underway, tying the building envelope together and preparing for roof installation.
MEP Coordination:
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins are being coordinated to ensure seamless integration within the office and warehouse areas.

SRA is proud to highlight our latest project, Hyatt Studios in North Phoenix, Arizona. Currently in the planning and entitlement phase, this development represents an exciting addition to the growing North Phoenix corridor.

Our team is actively collaborating with project stakeholders and local agencies to advance zoning approvals, site planning, and regulatory coordination. As we move through entitlements, we are focused on aligning the project with community guidelines while positioning it for a smooth transition into the next stages of development.

Hyatt Studios will contribute to the area’s continued growth, bringing thoughtfully planned hospitality accommodations to serve both business and leisure travelers. We look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses.

We had an amazing time celebrating the holiday season at the SRA Christmas event at 333 Restaurant & Improv in Tempe! A very special thank you to the owners John deVries & Hailey for hosting us! The evening was filled with festive vibes, great food, and plenty of laughs. The delicious holiday menu, along with the hilarious improv comedy show, made for the perfect way to ring in the season. It was the perfect mix of good food, fun, and unforgettable memories with friends. What a great way to kick off the holiday cheer!

What an incredible evening! Our team at SRA was honored to participate in the Helping Hands for Children’s Hospital decorated tree donation contest — and we’re excited to share that we took home 1st Place: People’s Choice Award! 🌟

With 138 beautifully decorated trees entered, the creativity and community spirit were truly inspiring. A huge thank-you to J&J Flooring, Jacob Segall, for inviting us to be part of this wonderful event, transact commercial interiors and to Wespac Construction for sponsoring the night with fantastic food and an open bar.
