Founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1955, Chanen Construction Company has grown from a small, private client company to a well-respected general contractor specializing in large and complex commercial buildings. With seven offices across Montana and Wyoming, DAC has a market-leading portfolio of commercial construction, GC/CM, and Design-Build Projects. The purchase of Chanen allows DAC to expand its presence outside its home state of Montana and the mountain west into the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments in Phoenix and the southwest regions.
