It’s been 25 years of True Performance. We have a long history of building commercial structures as well as homes… but we’re always looking to stay ahead of the trends.

With that in mind, we’re officially moving away from wood, block, and traditional building materials—and redirecting our skills and focus to sand castles.

Because let’s be honest… there’s clearly a gap in the market when it comes to sandbox construction.

This wellness and recovery focused space is located in North Phoenix and features all the latest tools for optimizing your performance and well-being. Join us in celebrating James Huitt's recent promotion to Project Manager! James first joined our team in 2022 as a Superintendent, bringing nearly 40 years of construction experience under his belt. Before working with us, James lived in Alaska, where he worked as an Estimator and owned his own remodeling contracting company.

When asked what set True Performance apart, James shared, "True Performance's overall goal is to make the customer happy and deliver quality work. Our team will do whatever it takes to make sure that happens."

Outside of work, James enjoys the great outdoors—fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his family.

We're thrilled to have James on our team and can’t wait to see the expertise and dedication he’ll bring to our upcoming projects! 🏗️!

Robert Schloegel joined True Performance in March 2022 as a Superintendent and has been a key asset to our team ever since. When asked what sets True Performance apart, he shares, "We care more for the client's satisfaction before the bottom line."

Meet the man behind the numbers — Mark Reeder, our dedicated Project Manager/Estimator at True Performance Construction! 📊

With a keen eye for detail and a knack for numbers, Mark focuses on estimating, ensuring our clients receive the best possible value for their projects. He plays a vital role in client presentations, pulling together project budgets and communicating cost considerations to keep everything on track.

But it's not all work and no play for Mark! 🛠️ In his free time, you'll find him pursuing his passions for welding and woodworking. And did we mention? Mark and his wife own a horse property in Scottsdale, where they care for some majestic horses, including three mustangs and three quarter horses! 🐎

Ever wondered who the mind is behind our custom home designs? Meet Cathy Kowal, True Performance's talented Designer and Coordinator! Cathy has been a vital member of True Performance for over 17 years.

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Arizona and has a background in Architecture, Land Planning, and Landscape Design. She also boasts a National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Certificate, the highest standard an interior designer can achieve globally.

Cathy's favorite part about working at True Performance is collaborating with her team and clients. She loves using her creativity and bringing her client's vision to life through her designs.

We are grateful to have Cathy on our team, turning dreams into reality one design at a time!
