Productivity may be down… but team morale has never been higher. 🙃

Meet your project manager. 👋🏼

If you’re building with True Performance, there’s a good chance you’ll be seeing a lot of Jeremy throughout your project.

While he’s one of the newest members of our team, he’s certainly no stranger to the construction industry. With an incredible eye for detail, a calm, steady approach, and a knack for keeping projects moving, Jeremy helps ensure every build stays on track from start to finish.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Jeremy spends his time outside of work golfing, hanging out with his wife, Sam, and their daughter, Stella, and taking advantage of every opportunity to get outdoors… when Arizona isn’t feeling like the surface of the sun. 😉

We’re lucky to have him on the team, and we can’t wait for you to meet him.

You may have seen us mention a very special project in our Father’s Day post, and as promised we wanted to give the big reveal 🥹

Wildlings is the boutique toy store of our very own Jenn Watson, Steve’s daughter.

Like every project, this one was filled with love, heart and lots of custom touches that not only make it beautiful, but functional.

The space got a full build-out complete with custom millwork, cabinetry, fixtures, and a cash wrap designed to match the Wildlings brand.

Watching it come together for his daughter made this project one of Steve’s proudest. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads and father figures out there. 🤍

Today, we’re giving a special shoutout to our founder, Steve Watson.

For more than 25 years, Steve has helped families across the Valley build places to call home, but one of the projects closest to his heart is actually his daughter Jenn’s boutique toy store, Wildlings.

From the very beginning, so much love, care, and intention went into bringing that space to life, and through the years he has remained one of Jenn’s biggest supporters. As many of you know, Jenn is also part of the TPC family, and we can’t wait to share more of that project with you soon.

Happy Father’s Day, Steve. We’re grateful for everything you’ve built, both on and off the job site.

It’s been 25 years of True Performance. We have a long history of building commercial structures as well as homes… but we’re always looking to stay ahead of the trends.

With that in mind, we’re officially moving away from wood, block, and traditional building materials—and redirecting our skills and focus to sand castles.

Because let’s be honest… there’s clearly a gap in the market when it comes to sandbox construction.

And yes… this is our official new logo.
