We are looking for a reliable and responsible Foreman to run and oversee projects for the company. This position is for TI and construction jobs. A qualified candidate must be able to run jobs working alone or with a team. Our Foreman are expected to work in a cooperative manner with the general contractors and/or customers while maintaining an excellent quality of work, safety, and achieve successful completion of projects.

Job Responsibilities are but not limited to:

Capable of teaching and directing a team of 5 or more people.
Outstanding communication skills.
Proficient in the ability to read blueprints.
Capable of running conduit, wire, terminating devices, performing quality control testing and troubleshooting.
Must be able to manage and follow a job schedule.
Ability to correspond and complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
You will work with inspectors and other authorities to successfully complete work.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
Ability to order, receive and distribute materials efficiently.
Qualifications will include:

A Commercial Electrical Experience of at least 5 years.
Must possess a valid driver’s license as well as a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must live in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas or be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas.
A concrete comprehension of the electrical codes as well as installation methods.
Available Monday – Friday.

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and personable Service Electrician who is qualified in commercial, residential, and light industrial applications. Position will include a company vehicle, phone, and tablet. Pay is dependent on experience and knowledge and will be discussed in a personal interview with you.

Job Responsibilities are but not limited to:

Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and determine what repairs are needed. Troubleshooting electrical experience in RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL is a MUST.
Install and repair a wide variety of electrical components such as lights, light fixtures, ballasts, switches, receptacles, breakers, parking lot lighting, wiring, and much more.
Determining what materials and material quantities are needed for new or existing jobs and projects.
Preparing invoices after a completed job and estimates for future projects through a company provided app.
Present yourself in a professional and pleasant manner to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
Frequent work on TI and light construction projects will be required.
Capable of running TI projects and ordering materials needed for them efficiently in order to make them profitable.
Qualifications will include:

A verifiable SERVICE experience of 5 years. This service experience must include troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and determine what repairs are needed.
Troubleshooting experience in residential and commercial.
Experience working in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical.
Must be able to quote jobs with accuracy on time and materials needed.
Availability Monday – Friday and ability to be on a rotating on-call shift which will include nights and weekends.
Willing to work overtime to fit companies needs and deadlines.
Must possess a valid driver’s license as well as a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must live in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas or be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas.
