Warehouse 4 — 450,000 square feet of roof furnished and designed in-house by The Structures Group.

Our team delivered a complete structural roofing system, including booster girders, open-web steel joists, and Simpson hangers, engineered for long-term durability and performance.

In close partnership with Sun State Builders , our scope also included roof opening framing, expansion joint detailing, ladder-ups, and structural connections and reinforcements throughout.

Proud to deliver quality craftsmanship on a project of this scale. 🏗️
