Nothing in your landscaped common areas with require more water than grass, so it’s a good idea to remove it if it’s not being used!

Good morning from your local landscaper! Here in Phoenix it’s important to run turf irrigation at night to prevent water loss due to evaporation. The daylight hours are very long in June and local ET is extremely high - don’t let evaporation take your water, run your turf zones at night!
