The Prescott Valley Library Renovation updated the shell and interior of an active branch library, improving the long-term performance and durability of the 33,974 SF building.
Working within an active facility, Danson and LAST Architects coordinated closely with staff and stakeholders to maintain operations, safety, and accessibility throughout construction while minimizing disruption to daily library services 📚

Pima High School’s library and technology spaces give students places to learn, collaborate, and explore beyond the traditional classroom. As part of the 67,195 SF campus, Danson Construction helped deliver a modern library/media center alongside six Career & Technical Education (CTE) spaces that support hands-on learning and career pathways.

From spaces for research and collaboration to specialized environments for technology and career-focused education, the new campus gives students the tools and flexibility to pursue a wide range of interests and prepare for what comes next. The Glendale Heroes Regional Park Library is a modern, flexible civic destination connecting learning and community gathering in one cohesive public space. Danson built the 7,552 SF library along with site infrastructure, landscaping, pedestrian improvements, and park enhancements.

The project brought a community vision more than two decades in the making to life through close collaboration with the City of Glendale and design team, cost management, and thoughtful coordination within an active regional park.

The Pinal County Community Center & Library is a vibrant community hub built to support connection, learning, and community life for years to come. Danson helped transform a stand-alone library into a flexible community destination, adding approximately 4,000 SF and bringing the facility to 5,552 SF. The expanded space includes enhanced library services, technology spaces, commercial kitchen, and multipurpose spaces for public meetings, educational programs, and community events. We’re proud to have played a part in delivering a space that brings more opportunities and resources to the Arizona City community.

Located in Surprise’s historic Original Town Site, the Surprise Community Resource Center facility brings community resources and library services together under one roof.
The completed center serves families, seniors, youth, and residents throughout the Surprise community and the neighboring cities. From the first plans to the finished building, we’re proud to have helped create a welcoming space that will support literacy, connection, and community for years to come 📚

It was a joyful celebration on Thursday at the Glendale Community College STEAMworks Center grand opening! ♥️

This innovation hub will help prepare students for the workforce by providing hands-on experience in technology, innovation, and other disciplines. The space will serve multiple GCC programs, creating opportunities for students to explore various disciplines.
