Safety goes beyond PPE.
It also includes supporting our crew's mental health. Take a moment to check in on your teammates. If you see someone struggling, don't hesitate to speak up and encourage them to seek support. Together, let's foster a culture that prioritizes mental wellness, as it's essential to creating a safe environment.

Our crew has gained significant experience on the job, and Tyler Ritz offers valuable advice for those beginning in this field. Although starting a new role may seem intimidating, prioritizing safety and professional development requires asking questions rather than remaining silent. We appreciate Tyler for sharing these insights.
