Just a little sneak peek at one weā€™ve been pretty excited to share. šŸŒµ

Backed right up to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, this home takes everything we love about the desert landscape and pulls it into the design at every turn.

A giant soaking tub with views straight out to the mountain range (wildlife included). An open, multi-level layout that feels like it blends right into the mountain. A front yard pool overlooking the city. And so many custom details we havenā€™t even shown you yet.

Every corner was designed around the property, the views and the way this home is actually lived in.

This one is custom, and it is GOOD. šŸ‘šŸ¼

Sometimes the best screen isnā€™t one thatā€™s mounted, itā€™s the window.

Built in tub, Arizona backyard, and stone walls with more movement than anything on cable. The perfect place to unwind, relax and take in all the scenery.

Pretty chic to see a project this gorgeous featured in Phoenix Home & Garden. šŸ˜‰šŸŒ“

This 8,000-square-foot Spanish Colonial home underwent a two-year renovation, with so much of the project centered around connecting the home to the incredible property surrounding it.

Over the course of those two years, we worked alongside the incredibly talented team at Earth & Images to thoughtfully rebuild the home while keeping so much of what made it special in the first place. Original floors were restored, ceilings were raised, custom stained glass and hand-carved woodwork were added, and spaces were opened up to the courtyards and gardens outside.

And the gardens are a story of their own. More than 40 fruit trees, tropical plantings and layers and layers of green that make it pretty easy to forget youā€™re in the middle of Phoenix. šŸŒæ

Getting to be part of a project this special is why we love what we do, and seeing it featured in Phoenix Home & Garden was a pretty great cherry on top. šŸ¤
