True Performance Custom Homes

Very much into spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. 😉

Spaces you can actually picture yourself living in. Where staying organized, keeping the clutter tucked away and finding your flow feels as easy as a Sunday morning.

And with these retractable clothing racks? Laundry day gets a little easier, too. We believe custom should mean thinking through how you’ll use a space, right down to where you hang your laundry.

You’re not like everyone else, so why should your home be? Every space should reflect the people living in it… their style, their personality and the way they actually live.

A personal favorite of ours from this project is the spiral staircase, along with all the thoughtful touches that make this townhome feel more like a getaway than a model home. Bold, personal and anything but ordinary.

Another space designed just for the person living in it 🤍

Home design is a perfectly normal hobby that we are all extremely normal about…. Right? 🙃

Changing the curtains for the third time, buying furniture before measuring the doorway, and already planning what you’re going to do to the next room before you’ve even finished this one.

All normal in our book. We’d like to think Willem Dafoe (the king of “normal”) would think so too. 😉

Here’s to the designers, the think-outside-the-boxers, the color-outside-the-liners and the home obsessed. We get you.

Just a little sneak peek at one we’ve been pretty excited to share. 🌵

Backed right up to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, this home takes everything we love about the desert landscape and pulls it into the design at every turn.

A giant soaking tub with views straight out to the mountain range (wildlife included). An open, multi-level layout that feels like it blends right into the mountain. A front yard pool overlooking the city. And so many custom details we haven’t even shown you yet.

Every corner was designed around the property, the views and the way this home is actually lived in.

This one is custom, and it is GOOD. 👏🏼

More to come. 😉
