Earlier this year, we were honored to receive 1st Place in the 2025 ATAS International Accents Project of the Year Awards for our work on the remarkable International Dark Sky Discovery Center in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

Partnering with McCarthy Construction, our team was entrusted with installing the stunning copper dome that now crowns the planetarium and serves as the centerpiece of this one-of-a-kind facility.

A sincere thank you to ATAS International for this recognition and for being such an outstanding partner. Our own Jan O. and Ryan D. had the opportunity to visit ATAS headquarters and experience firsthand the people, culture, and craftsmanship behind the brand.

Altitude doesn't forgive complacency.

On commercial roof and wallpanel mobilizations, Global crews run a documented harness, lanyard, and anchor check before any elevated work begins. Damaged webbing, missing labels, or unclear tie-off points mean the task does not start. That standard applies the same way in Phoenix and on every out-of-state job we staff.

This level of accountability is expected from every individual who represents Global in the field.

✅ Coordinated with a local HVAC partner to rework existing rooftop lines

Slide 4 highlights an area where prolonged ponding water caused a structural cave-in. Our team quickly removed the damaged section and completed the necessary repairs to restore the roof system.

The property is also protected by BEAMS Building Intelligence, providing real-time weather monitoring and documentation. Given this area's tendency to experience higher-than-average rainfall, BEAMS serves as an added layer of protection and awareness for ownership.
