We've officially broken ground at Avondale Tech Center! This three-building, 700,000-square-foot Class-A industrial campus spans 38.08 acres in the Phoenix Metro, with direct I-10 access to Loop 303, Loop 101, and the Loop 202 extension.

Built to serve advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, aerospace, semiconductor, and defense tenants.

Our team showed up to give back.

We packed 199 boxes and 42,984 meals for Feed My Starving Children, over 7,000 pounds of food and roughly 9.1 million calories. That's enough food to stack boxes as tall as a 16-story building.

LGE, Creation Equity , and PGIM recently welcomed youths from the YouthBuild program to tour the 635 Exchange site. Through education and hands-on career training, YouthBuild equips young people with the tools to unlock their potential and build brighter futures for themselves, their neighborhoods, and the world around them.

We were proud to open our jobsite to these aspiring leaders, and we look forward to seeing YouthBuild’s mission continue.

Nexus Commerce Center is complete. Three Class-A buildings, covering 273,000 square feet, in the heart of Tempe’s I-10 industrial corridor.

LGE transformed a site that was home to a vacant office building into a high-performance, final-mile logistics development, with 32-foot clear heights and multiple building depths thoughtfully designed to match a variety of tenant sizes. The result is a development that’s as beautifully designed as it is expertly constructed, and one tenants will be proud to call their own.

The Switchyard has turned the corner, with several buildings nearing completion and exterior finishes coming together fast. Tenant improvements are underway for a lineup of exciting tenants, each a perfect fit for this mixed-use development’s vibrant, walkable vision.
