AZ Big Media's PTK Magazine has named International Furniture Direct's U.S. headquarters to its 2027 Projects to Know list!

The build-to-suit facility in Glendale is just over 86,000 square feet and pairs a full industrial building with about 15,000 square feet of executive offices and a showroom where International Furniture Direct can show its collections to buyers and partners.

Construction is complete on Project Services Group's new industrial campus in Southwest Dallas!

The two-building campus totals 224,000 square feet on a 12-acre site that came with its fair share of challenges along the way. Our team worked through all of it to deliver a facility built for PSG's long-term needs.

Progress continues at The Loop, our four-building, 267,640-square-foot industrial development at Loop 101 and East Princess Drive in North Scottsdale.

Our team wrapped phase one of power service installation, with switchgear and transformers now set for Buildings A and B, and phase two is already underway, bringing that same infrastructure to Buildings C and D. From there, the team will backfill the site's 10 to 13-foot retaining wall, with pavement work coming up next.

Steady progress on a project built for a market that needs it.

All Copy Products' new Arizona headquarters is complete!

At nearly 40,000 square feet across two levels, the office includes showrooms, a service center, training rooms, and a storage mezzanine with its own material elevator. On the outside, burnished CMU gives the building its finished look. Next up, the All Copy team gets to settle into their new space.

Proud of this build, and we can't wait to see it in action.
