At this project, we’re converting a detached two car garage and converting it into a casita with a mezzanine
We also added a separate structure for the laundry room with an additional space for a multi-function gym equipment
I’ll be posting the progress so stay tuned!
p.s. the reason we shifted the building was because these houses in the histrionic district have structures that sit on the property line and need a setback to be converted to a ADU
