Few things make a construction week feel more productive than standing up newly framed walls!

Our framing crew has about eight more weeks ahead before we start rolling through the rough trades. This one is officially taking shape, and it’s going to be a fun one to follow!

Our lead designer Brooke H. Jones pulling together a material palette for a modern project currently taking shape in the studio.

As the architectural floor plan begins to solidify, the interiors start picking up steam—initial concepts, material selections, client feedback, refinements, new layers, and all the little decisions that slowly turn an idea into a fully developed design.

And this one is especially exciting because we’ll be building it, too. Groundbreaking is planned for early next year, and we can’t wait to watch this modern Paradise Valley beauty come to life.
