Since 1964, we have proudly served the Baltimore region by providing quality construction services.

Throughout the years Hayes Construction has grown from a residential remodeling company to include commercial remodeling and construction, and insurance restoration. We now also offer full-service remediation for things such as water restoration, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, smoke and odor removal, as well as trauma and bio-hazard cleanup. Throughout this growth we have maintained our commitment to complete projects on time and on budget. We are fully capable of completing your residential or commercial construction project with minimal disruption to your home, business or church. If you have experienced an insurance loss, we want to help you return to normal as quickly as possible. Our team of project managers, craftsmen, and subcontractors will serve you in a manner which exceeds your expectations. We maintain a beautiful up to date kitchen showroom at our office location which is staffed by a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) ready to create the kitchen or bath of your dreams. Our company utilizes a fleet of over 20 radio dispatched trucks and a containerized dump truck.

The last few weeks have taken our crews from full-height scaffolding on a university facade, to shoring and bracing beneath a state office building, to finish carpentry and railings at a historic county property. In between we have done framing at a new public park restroom, security vestibules at area schools, restroom renovations on a hospital campus, roofing and fire repairs, and masonry work at a local parish.

Different buildings, different trades, same standard. Our commitments haven't changed: honesty, integrity, work done on time and on budget!

A busy summer.

June through August our crews ran many projects across Maryland, and a lot of it was school work on the summer clock — new secure entry vestibules at schools, window and door replacements at a district administration building and a high school, a bathroom and shower renovation at an academy, and an emergency roof repair at a middle school that had to be closed out before the first bell.

Alongside that: façade restoration on a university building, a college dormitory floor renovation, a public works garage extension, a park restroom, a ballfield concession stand, restroom renovations at a medical campus, lab floor repairs and painting, church repairs, and a steady run of residential siding, roofing and dormer work.

Summer is our shortest season and our busiest. Thanks to our field crew who did such an amazing job!!
