We’re proud to celebrate Glenn Leier and Cassie Van Ess, who recently represented Wespac during an engaging BD Guild panel exploring the foundations of lasting professional relationships: trust, consistency and genuine connection.

Moderated by Oscar De las Salas of Gensler, the candid conversation brought together leaders from Wespac, Atmosphere Commercial Interiors and Caruso Turley Scott to share lessons gained throughout their careers.

The panel explored how professionals can earn credibility, build meaningful relationships and turn trust into long-term partnerships. The discussion also emphasized mentorship and continuity, specifically, the value of staying engaged with clients from the beginning of a project through completion and beyond. That continued involvement strengthens relationships and often creates the foundation for the next opportunity together.

We’re proud to have Glenn and Cassie representing Wespac and demonstrating the relationship-driven approach that guides how we work with our clients, partners and industry colleagues.

Last week, Wespac Vice President, Tyler Mark, presented before the Flagstaff City Council as part of the discussion surrounding the redevelopment of the former city jail site.
