On the repaint side of the residential market I have found this poor craftsmanship over my 26 years in working directly for homeowners. Water damage resulted id a bathroom / bedroom remodel with new flooring, baseboards and some door castings. We discovered baseboard trim put on for new door casing. Helped homeowner remove and we are installing the correct trim!

First started working with Sharon back in 2006. In 2013 we repaired drywall in master bedroom side of a shower valve that was leaking. Back again to prep and paint after an avoidable water leak caused a bathroom, bedroom and downstairs ceiling damage. New baseboards, new tile and changing color. TBD

Returned to repair the inside of entryway court yard. Grind, epoxy, re-stucco, paint.

I was just discussing with a potential new client who requested an estimate on painting walls on their new home. I sent them this video of one of my projects that was a new spec home I had the privilege to paint.

The restored fascia and wood slates on the ventilation peak. Repair Care was sanded, bonding primer applied and two top coats of DE Evershield 10

Helping clients with affordable and sensible ways to help with home values. Restoring wood on homes peaks is a better choice than having to remove and install new wood. Look for photos or videos of the process.

Spraying Break-Through on exterior vinyl window frames. HOA requires DEC 756 Weathered Brown. The AZ sun is very damaging. The new windows they wanted white on the inside and exterior side had to be painted. Not sure of the year they were installed and painted. Time for a fresh coat.
