Henry was chosen as employee of the month. Henry was born in Phoenix and has been part of the RMJ team for six months. When not working, Henry enjoys reading and board games. Henry's favorite project so far has been Freeport. Everything he knows about our trade he has learned at Freeport. Henry recently enrolled in the ABA apprenticeship program.

Congratulations Cezar!
Cezar was chosen as employee of the month. Cezar is an Arizona native and has been a part of the RMJ team for a year and a half. Cezar's favorite project so far has been Busch & Pfeiffer. While on that project, Cezar gained an appreciation and passion for the electrical trade. Cezar is in his first year of of the ABA apprenticeship program.
Cezar's goal is to complete the ABA program and become a foreman or inspector.

Dallas was chosen as employee of the month. Dallas is an Arizona native and has been a part of the RMJ team for six months. Dallas's favorite project so far has been Blue Polymer because he saw the project progress to completion so quickly. Dallas enjoys attending church with his family and his wife's lasagna.
Dallas's goal is to attend school and continue to advance in the trade. Dallas plans to eventually become a foreman.

Rich has been chosen as employee of the month!
Rich has earned Employee of the Month honors many times in his 10 YEARS with RMJ. Rich is an ABA apprenticeship program graduate. Rich's favorite project to be part of was Go Financial because he learned the most on that project. Rich has been married for seventeen years and has two adult children. When Rich is not working he enjoys cars, computers and good Chinese food. Rich's goal is to be the best he can be.

Alaen was chosen as employee of the month. Alaen is an Arizona native and has been a part of the RMJ team for almost two year. Alaen has shown great progress since his first EOM honor nearly a year ago. Alaen plans on starting the ABA apprenticeship program next semester.
