We currently have several virtual assistants (mostly for emails and texting). We need more. Required: understand spoken English (medium / conversational).

20 or more hours per week. You pick the hours. Mornings are best.

You will need your own computer (not just a tablet) plus reliable internet. I can train you in person at my location in the area, although eventually you will need a quiet place to work from your home. Using What’sApp is also required.

We receive requests for services that need to be sorted and assigned to service providers. That is basically the whole job. Large bonuses are available for excellent performance (precision & speed).

Through today (Aug 18), Phoenix has recorded 89 days above 100 °F. This ranks as the second most days by August 18th on record, only surpassed by the brutally hot year of 1989. That year ended with 143 days, the most on record (second place is 2003 with 129 days).

When will it end? Typically it happens by October 3rd, but has been as late as October 27th. Just six or seven more week to go everyone. Stay safe!

This post is a bit of a teaser for an article that I plan to finalize tomorrow. Most of the content is for anyone anywhere (as in not specifically for people in Phoenix or any other places with similarly hot summers). In the article, I will briefly go over the benefits of several things (all of which I can quickly arrange for people in almost any part of the US).

Getting a free inspection of your roof (which, depending on the age and type of your roof, will often be best to do at least once a year- ideally, PRIOR to your primary storm season of course)

Draining your water heater SAFELY (1-2 times per year, depending on how much sediment / hard mineral salt is in your water supply)

Having a professional inspect your plumbing for valves and lines that are aging (and thus vulnerable to begin leaking). Our service providers can even include an AC inspection and air filter replacement. This precaution should be done every few years (at least). And speaking of Air conditioning...
