Some quit, others never do.

For Ubaldo, a Journeyman with Corbins, he brings his work ethic and positive attitude day in and day out to support his teammates in any way he can. Recently, his work with the termination team at one of our data center sites allowed Ubaldo to not only showcase his serious determination to bring out the best in himself as an electrician, but also the best out of his teammates. Ubaldo's professionalism is contagious, and his dependability brings a type of camaraderie that most electricians search for years to find in the trades.

The trades have a way of rewarding those who go all in.

Just ask Aaron Booth, Sean Benavidez, Briana Contreras, and Shannon Denetsosie. Four Corbins teammates who turned their electrical apprenticeship experience into careers as a General Superintendent, Craft Training Manager, Foreman, and Quality Technician. Their stories are proof that apprenticeship isn't just about learning the electrical trade, it's about building the person.

You're scrolling on AI-powered tech right now. Do you know who built it? Electricians.

While the rest of the world asks, "Will AI take my job?", electricians are hired to build and maintain the data centers running it. The boom in AI isn't a threat to the skilled trades, it's the biggest opportunity industrial electricians have ever seen.

Every data center powering social media, streaming services, online shopping, and the AI assisting your daily life is powered by the hands of an industrial electrician. The mission-critical infrastructure keeping the world connected doesn't exist without their craft, skill, and work ethic.

Data center construction is surging, and the demand for qualified electricians isn't slowing down. Their skills aren't becoming obsolete, they have been and will continue to be essential.

In construction safety is more than training. In action, it can save lives.

During a First-Time Energization (FTE) on one of our data center projects, our team detected an unexpected voltage during a joint inspection with the general contractor. Without hesitation, they exercised their Stop Work Authority and halted all work until the area was safe.

This attention to detail made all the difference. Thanks to the efforts of our FTE crew, we were able to send everyone home the same way they came into work.
